My Mission
Throughout our lives, we undergo many transformations, each marked by different stages, priorities, and needs.
The year I completed my Social Science degree was a turning point for me—I lost 20kg, discovered a love for strength training, and developed a deep passion for nutrition science. This transformation inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science, with the goal of becoming an Accredited Dietitian. On top of these, I became an accredited health and wellness coach with ICF in 2024.
As I delved deeper into understanding the human body—how it interacts with movement and nutrition, and how it changes over time—I became driven to help others embrace a lifestyle that prioritizes longevity and well-being.
